We are an Authorized IBO in the Arise network and you will have the benefit of a seasoned and experienced Principal who has personally serviced client contracts and has partnered with the organization since 2011. We have introduced hundreds of CSPs into the network and will advocate on your behalf, will help you understand the requirements and procedures, and will give you the best advice to help you reach your personal and professional goals.

The basic steps for becoming a work-at home Virtual Agent are as follows:



Create a Profile: Your online profile must be created to begin the admissions process. Once created, you will receive an email with your login ID to your Arise Portal. Upon entry, follow easy instructions to perform a voice assessment. Currently there is no admissions fee, however it can range from $19.99 to $99.99 depending on number of agents needed.


Complete a Background Check: You will receive an email with instructions when it is time to order your background check. All potential employees are required to order a background check which will go directly to the company, and you will receive a copy of it via e-mail. The cost is $12.95 in most states; the cost is $25.95 in a select number of states.


Get Certified: Complete Self-Paced Training as Client Service Professional. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the basic course and become a certified virtual agent. You will learn how to navigate the portal, apply for work opportunities, select your hours, set up your computer station, required software, etc. At this point, you will officially select our IBO company.


  • Sign online non-disclosure agreement to access client names & details

  • SUBMIT COMPANY ID: Worldwide Solutions & Technologies, Inc.

  • Enter our call center FEIN/IBO number: 35187 


Select Your Work-At-Home Opportunity: Choose from a range of customer support opportunities from Fortune 500 and world-class corporations. They include providing customer service, tech support or inbound sales, via email, phone and chat, for some of the world’s leading companies.


Each company offers a separate certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that ranges from $20 -$249.


As the instructors are authorized independent small business owners, the cost must be passed on for these entrepreneurs and subcontractors to earn a living as well. We hope that you will find it equally rewarding, enjoyable and liberating to have the freedom of working from your own home!
